Tom Basham of Basham & Mullen, PC

D. Thomas Basham established what is now Basham & Mullen PC over 17 years ago and was recently joined by F. Michael Mullen III. The firm provides the full range of site design for commercial, residential and industrial properties, including golf courses, theme parks and seaside communities.

Basham & Mullen PC lends its expertise from conceptual land planning through the construction phase. From the start, the firm is involved in all documentation and technical issues, such as: specifications, jurisdictional permitting, storm water drainage and flood control, sewer and water systems, traffic, environmental regulations, landscaping and erosion control. Services extending into the construction phase of a project include: analysis of construction bids and estimates, specifications review, field engineering, inspections, and bond reductions.

Now, a bit about Tom and Mike. Tom grew up in Nokesville, from elementary through high school, so he really knows the community. He enjoys being the local country boy, surveyor and engineer. Mike joined the Nokesville-based firm after 30 years of civil engineering work in government and private industry and is proud to be located here. They are currently re-modeling their office at 12920 Fitzwater Drive to accommodate a growing staff.
