SUBJECT: Brentsville District High School Betterment Fair
Hello, my name is Samantha Gough and I am Brentsvillle District’s FBLA Chapter President. Future Business Leaders of America is the largest Career and Technical Student Organization in the world that helps students transition from high school into the business world.
Every year our chapter creates a community service project that will benefit our school and community. This year we are hosting our second annual Brentsville Betterment Fair. This is a health fair that will offer our school and surrounding communities with opportunities to enhance their health and wellness. Our health fair will be open to the community Saturday, February 20, 2010. It will be held at Brentsville District High School starting at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 1:00 p.m. Our goal again this year is to get as many health vendors and companies to participate. We are asking dance companies, martial arts, and other forms of entertainment to perform and promote their businesses. Also, healthy food choices will be made available from local businesses throughout our community.
My chapter and I would like to invite you to participate and set up a table with information, member applications, or anything else that would reflect your business and its operations. If you are interested in giving a demonstration or any type of interactive activity we can surely accommodate by any means necessary. Brentville’s Chapter is very excited to kick off its second annual Betterment Fair and would greatly appreciate your participation and contribution to the community.
